Volunteer With Us

Volunteers are an essential part of our work at Ronald McDonald House Ireland.

Our House relies on people who want to give their time and energy to support families with seriously ill children.

Whether you’re cooking meals, making grab-and-go bags, helping with deep cleaning or supporting general tasks around the House, we’ve got meaningful roles where you can make a real difference.

Below are the main volunteer options we offer:

Cooking for Families

Help prepare home-cooked meals for families staying in the House. Volunteer on your own or as part of a group and give families one less thing to worry about at the end of a long day.

Grab and Go Bags

Help put together packs and snacks for families heading to hospital early in the morning. A simple role that makes a real difference to busy days.

Deep Clean the House

Lend a hand keeping the House clean, comfortable and welcoming for families. Ideal for groups who want to volunteer together and see the impact straight away.
